PRELIM EXAMINATION (August 24, 2021 - 8:00am to 10:00am)

OPMANTQM DEPARTMENTAL PRELIM EXAMINATION GUIDELINES:

• This departmental examination will be taken for 2 hours only. 
• There will be 3 problems covering the topics 
  • Productivity
  • Forecasting
  • Capacity Planning
• Questions are identified as:
  • (E) - Easy
  • (M) - Moderate
  • (D) - Difficult
• It is required that you upload your solution as a file (last part of the exam) so as to verify your answer and if you followed the correct procedure. 
• Solutions are required to be handwritten (kindly indicate your  name and section).
• No Solution, No Points, and NO SENDING OF SOLUTIONS on Canvas Mail
• You are strongly encouraged to work on your own while taking this exam since there are more than 2 sets given and that the allotted time is just enough for you to solve the problems and upload your solutions.
